The EPLO administers this Site. All Material on this Site from the EPLO appears subject to the present Terms and Conditions.

The EPLO reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any Materials in any respect. The EPLO cannot be held liable for non-availability of any products, but hereby guarantees to inform the users for non-availability.  

Under no circumstances shall the EPLO be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered that is claimed to have resulted from the use of this Site, including, without limitation, any fault, error, omission, interruption or delay with respect thereto.

The user hereby undertakes not to use this website and/or e-shop in order to send, publish, e-mail, and distribute any material, besides the information necessary for placing an order or submitting a request relevant to the order.


Personal Data Management

The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of the website is subject to the terms of this section as well as to the relevant provisions of the Greek and EU Law.

The present terms are formulated taking into consideration the rapid growth of technology and especially of the Internet. In this context, any potential relevant change will be subject to this section.
